Pamela Minnis, PT

Pamela has more than 40 years of physical therapy experience, as both a clinician and the co-owner of an outpatient clinic. Founded in 1991, Family Focus Physical Therapy joined the EXCEL network in late 2020. As the leader of a robust private practice, Pamela treated a variety of orthopedic, geriatric, and neurological conditions.

Prior to opening her own practice, Pamela had the opportunity to work with the Ocean County Health Department’s pediatric program, in addition to speaking monthly at Monmouth County’s Family and Children Services department on the subject of physical therapy. While pursuing her physical therapy degree from UMDNJ/Kean College, Pamela performed orthopedic, neurological, and prosthetic rehabilitation as a student supervisor at Garden State Rehabilitation Hospital.

Outside of the clinic, Pamela devotes time to her area food bank and serves in a leadership capacity for local church groups. She enjoys biking, walking, reading, knitting, and spending time with her grandchildren.
