With nearly 20 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, Sheri Fuzia-Welsh is a dedicated, evidence-based practitioner. She continuously strives to expand her professional knowledge through continuing education courses on topics such as McKenzie treatment of the Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumber spine; sport-specific rehabilitation and patho-mechanics; manual therapy techniques; sacroiliac mobilization; comprehensive rotator cuff rehabilitation; therapeutic taping; iliopsoas release; and management of the foot and ankle complex.

Four years spent working as a physical therapy aide solidified Sheri’s decision to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy. She completed her undergraduate studies at Kean University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, and went on to earn her Masters in Physical Therapy from Elon University.

Sheri and her husband live in Long Valley with their fur babies, Charlotte, Hank, and Olive. She has always loved animals and enjoyed a post-graduate elective course in Veterinary Physical Therapy at the University of North Carolina. Family is at the core of Sheri’s values and she enjoys spending as much time with them as possible.
